Bridgit Parise was born and raised in Reno, Nevada and has lived in Nevada all her life. She graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno, with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Prior to joining Rapport, she worked in sales management and enjoyed successful careers as both a financial analyst and a business analyst. Bridgit’s transition to Rapport Leadership International began in 1996 when she started with the company as a Leadership Breakthrough One trainer.

While working for Rapport Leadership International, Bridgit’s passions for empowering teenagers, enhancing education, training, and consulting, drive her quest for educational advancement. For over 13 years, Bridgit has infused thousands of teenagers, young adults, and adults with the leadership skills necessary to increase their focus, become more resilient, and realize their potential. During her career she opened and managed a division in Canada and, at various points, led the Marketing, Training and Development, and Education Division. She has spoken for many professional organizations, been a conference presenter at several education conferences, was recognized for her accomplishments in the Cambridge Who’s Who, was honored as a Citizen of Distinction in 2006, and taught for a community college where she developed and led professional development courses.

In 2009 Bridgit formally developed a non-profit organization, Rapport Empowered Education, an organization focused on empowering schools and foundations to nurture students’ potential by augmenting formal education with leadership training.

Bridgit’s passion for enhancing education, helping families, and empowering teenagers stems from her enjoyment and love for her four children. Watching them become confident, independent and caring adults inspires her every day. Bridgit enjoys being with her husband, family and friends, traveling, gardening, and cooking.
