Born in Raleigh, North Carolina, Eric McGrath has always had a passion for the business of business. An early entrepreneur he started his first business at the age of eight when he began selling his mother’s cookbooks door to door. By the time he was 23 he graduated to running his own retail business with several stores throughout the Midwest. In July of 2003 he agreed to come on board with Rapport Leadership International. After excelling as a Leadership Training Advisor, he transitioned into the Organizational Performance Training Team, partnering with organizations throughout North America as a Performance Consultant, and then served as our Director of Business Development before pursuing his passion as a Leadership Breakthrough One Trainer.
