Gary Shipley lives in Medford, Oregon with his beautiful wife Wendy and their two sons. Gary is a Trainer for Leadership Breakthrough One, Teen Leadership Breakthrough and Power Communication. Previously, Gary was Vice President of a commercial heating and air-conditioning company that is owned by his family.

In his time away from Rapport, Gary volunteers as a football coach for one of Medford's high schools, as well as spending his time helping out with his boys' team sports. One of Gary's passions is mentoring individuals and he looks forward to opening a center devoted to the empowerment of at-risk youth.
