Jon Ship was born and raised on Long Island.From 1990 to 1994, he attended Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York, where he completed studies in Accounting and Taxation. He currently resides in Henderson, Nevada.

Jon began his professional career in 1994 with National Response Corporation (NRC) a wholly owned subsidiary of SEACOR Holdings, Inc. In 1999, Jon accepted his first executive position with a Bay Area based wireless start-up company named Globe Wireless. He served as Controller of the company until 2002 when he returned to New York to serve as Chief Financial Officer for a privately held environmental firm on Long Island. In the summer of 2005, Jon relocated to Las Vegas where he served as a Senior Business Analyst for the multi-billion dollar company, Rinker Materials, and later CEMEX, USA.

More changes occurred, however, when, in February of 2008, the opportunity of a lifetime presented itself to Jon. At that time, he attended Leadership Breakthrough One and today, Jon enthusiastically serves as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Rapport Leadership International. As such, Jon is responsible for all Accounting, Finance, Human Resource, and Operational activities for the company.

Jon is an enthusiastic sports fan. He attended Le Moyne on a baseball scholarship, and in 1994, he was named the first captain of the school’s Division I baseball team since 1970.

Only his passion for his family exceeds Jon’s love of competition. Jon lives an extraordinary life with his amazing wife, Lynette, and their two beautiful children, Olivia and Joey.
