Karyn DeRosa was born and raised in Overland Park, Kansas. She attended Kansas State University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Having a passion for business, Karyn’s professional experience includes management in several industries: law, architecture, construction, and hospitality. In 1998, Karyn moved to Las Vegas, accepting the role of Training Manager for Station Casinos. After attending her first Rapport class, Karyn knew with heart, body, and soul she wanted to be a part of Rapport’s vision and mission. She became a Leadership Breakthrough One Trainer in 1999, and she is also a Power Communication Trainer. Karyn has designed and facilitated custom training events and partnered with Rapport in the development of new Trainers.

With growth as a core value, Karyn has continually sought opportunities to grow and stretch in all areas of her life. In 2005, she completed her MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix. In 2008, her commitment to Rapport and passion for making a difference motivated her to accept the position of Intensive Training Manager.
