Kent Ferguson was raised in the great state of North Carolina; where strong family values cultured the foundations of his life. His life through high school was spent enjoying and pursuing activities that honed his sense of adventure and athletic accomplishment, which continues to hold a strong influence in his life. Football and track became points of achievement in high school and led to an athletic scholarship in football to Elon University and the pursuit of English as a major.
The opportunity for summer employment brought him to Nevada in 1973. His first exposure to Rapport Leadership International came in 1991 and he became a Trainer in 1994. He came to work full-time in 1997 for Rapport as a project manager, building the Rapport Executive Retreat Center in Alamo, NV. Kent currently serves as a Leadership Breakthrough One and Leadership Breakthrough Two Trainer.
