Leigh Mastrantonio is an Organizational Performance Consultant with Rapport Leadership International. For over 20 years her enthusiasm, positive approach, and leadership has helped teams and organizations achieve excellence. Her experience in large and small business provides hands on understanding of the challenges faced in today’s dynamic business environment and to connect personally with the people she meets. A graduate of the University of California, Davis, she is thrilled to be a part of the mission of Rapport Leadership. Each day allows her to apply her passion for developing leaders, embracing new opportunities and making a difference in the lives of others!

Leigh is a native Californian and has lived in the Sacramento region since 1993. She married her best friend, Pat, in 1986 and together they have two amazing children who teach her daily how important it is to set priorities, to appreciate others, and to have fun in everything you do! She is a school volunteer and an active participant in the Eureka Schools Foundation, Girl Scouts of Tierra Del Oro and the Granite Bay High School Baseball Boosters. She also loves to read, ride her bicycle and explore the wonders of California with her family.
