Lori Alexander was raised in Sheridan, Wyoming. She graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, Colorado with a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Speech Communication.

Lori began her banking career in the fields of installment, commercial, and real estate lending in Colorado; eventually moving back to Wyoming with her husband Don. She has been very active in local community activities including the Chamber of Commerce, Consumer Advisory Panel of Utah Power and Light, and the Board of Realtors.

Lori took Leadership Breakthrough One in 1992, became a Trainer of Power Communication in August of 1993, and came on board with Rapport in 1994 as a full-time Trainer and Logistics Coordinator for the Wyoming office. In 1999, Lori was appointed to the position of Director of Intensive Training.

Lori's passion and dedication for the training at Rapport led to her appointment as Director of Trainer Education in 2007.
