Michelle Alane Fonseca was raised In Kansas City, MO. She received her Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Restaurant Administration from SMSU and moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1991 to begin her hotel career at the Tropicana Hotel and Casino. She ventured into retail management with Warner Brothers Studio Stores for eight years and as a District Manager with Bath and Body Works for two years.

Michelle and her wonderful husband Lu devote their time to raising their three beautiful children. Michelle trains Leadership Breakthrough One, Leadership Breakthrough Two, actively coaches Rapport's newest trainers during their certification process and is passionate about making a difference in this world!
