Pat Zech and his wife, Cindy, share the duties of their 60-acre ranch in the mountains of Northern California. A retired police administrator and former business owner, he has been coaching and teaching since high school. Pat attended the University of Arizona and has instructed various subjects at the local, state and federal levels.

He was a state certified instructor in addition to being a Field Training Officer, and has taught for institutions such as Pima College, the Tucson Courts system and the Federal Aviation Administration. He is a Trainer for Leadership Breakthrough One, Leadership Breakthrough Two and Power Communication. Pat's free time is filled with family, grandchildren, travel and outdoor activities.
