Position: Leadership Training Advisor
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
Status: Full-Time

The Leadership Training Advisor promotes Rapport Leadership International by Creating and maintaining successful business relationships that change organizational cultures. With extreme confidence in our product and themselves, the Leadership Training Advisor passionately develops synergetic partnerships with our clients worldwide. 
 

 

Minimum Qualifications   

  • Minimum of five (5) years of prior verifiable sales experience in a Business-To-Business environment with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.

  • Proficient in new business selling skills and prospecting for potential clients.

  • Ability to integrate knowledge across disciplines to include cold calling, relationship selling, consultative selling, and closing sales.

  • Ability to show a personal/professional Book of Business that contains at least 100 business owner/executive names & contact information.

  • Articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment.

  • Demonstrate success of selling intangible services to consumers and businesses.

  • Manage clients in a customer focused and consultative sales environment.

  • Communicate effectively with business owners and senior executives regarding business goals and objectives in the context of general business principles.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Extremely strong oral and written skills.

  • Telephone sales experience required.

  • Ability to work independently; comfortable spending the majority of the workday on the phone developing relationships. 

Additional Preferred Qualifications   

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Moderate to strong MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.

  • Extensive experience documenting sales activities within a Customer Relations Management program.

  • Demonstrate ability to focus equally on client retention and up-selling within the existing client database as well as generating new client sales opportunities.

  • Strong sense of initiative and personal leadership, demonstrate the ability to function independently, as well as to contribute to team initiatives.

  • Demonstrate a record of success in a goal oriented, highly accountable environment.

  • Knowledge of search engine marketing preferred.
