Situated on over 70 acres in the high desert of Southern Nevada, the 20,000 square-foot Retreat offers students beauty and tranquility with all the modern conveniences. It is the perfect place to get away and think about how you lead your life. Built in 1999, the Retreat is feng shui designed, and situated in a peaceful and undisturbed natural setting.

Each of our 18 comfortable guest rooms open up onto magnificent views of rolling hills and fields, huge cottonwood trees and the ancient volcanic cones of the desert Anasazi foothills. The dining hall features a 30-foot vaulted space and floor-to-ceiling windows, blurring the line between inside and out.

All meals at the Retreat are prepared on-site including homemade desserts, breads and pastas. At every meal, you'll find several choices of entrees, plus a salad bar is usually offered and several choices of side dishes. Fresh fruit, water, coffee, tea and juices are available around the clock. All this prepared by an exceptional staff of professionals who are there to make your visit both nutritious and delicious!

The Executive Retreat is also home to our outdoor classroom, ropes course and other adventure challenges used for training and team building exercises in some of Rapport’s courses.
