Being On-Team you will have the responsibility to help create a learning environment that sets the stage for students to make incredible advancements in their leadership development. As an On-Team member you will see the students’ experience through the Rapport Trainer’s perspective and reinforcing your breakthroughs from when you earned your Certificate of Completion.
