Rapport Certified Specialist Level 1
This workshop develops Rapport Master Graduates as internal experts and resources of Rapport's leadership training and organizational models. As a Rapport Certified Specialist (Level 1), graduates are in the unique position of intimately understanding the link between leadership development, cultivating a leadership-based culture, and how to use this as a strategic element in their company's growth and continued success. They get an opportunity to practice delivering and facilitating several Rapport Leadership training processes and tools. As part of this segment, feedback is provided by a Rapport Trainer to ensure graduates are set up for success upon completion of this course.
Prerequisite: Rapport Master Graduate

Note: While there are elements of delivering and facilitating Rapport training processes, this workshop is not a Train-the-Trainer workshop to become a Rapport Master Trainer. Becoming a Rapport Master Trainer entails a specific recruitment and selection process followed by a year plus long intense Trainer's Boot Camp.
