| Emergenetics® |
| Emergenetics® is a great tool for businesses.
Unlike other "personality/preference" tests, the Emergenetics® Profile
is based on scientific research that measures four thinking preferences - analytical, structural,
social and conceptual - as well as three behavioral measures - expressiveness, assertiveness and flexibility. By understanding these preferences, teams improve
their decision-making processes, learn to value diversity of thought and action and know how to build a "brain
trust" within
the organization. |
| The Emergenetics® Profile is a tool
that will be instrumental
in taking your organization
and team, to its next
level. Unlike other personality
tests, the Emergenetics® Profile
is based in scientific
research that shows the
seven measured attributes
to be partially genetically
predetermined and partially
influenced by experiences
throughout our formative
years. The seven attributes of the Emergenetics® model
include four thinking
preferences - Analytical,
Structural, Social and
Conceptual, as well as
three behavior measures - Expressiveness,
Assertiveness and Flexibility. |
| Each participant receives their individualized
Emergenetics® Profile during the workshop. The Profile provides
comparisons to the "Population at Large"
as well a personalized
distribution of thinking
preferences within their own brain. |
