New Nominees
Welcome to Rapport Leadership International
If you have been nominated to attend a Rapport Leadership International course, you were chosen because your nominator realizes your strengths and potential and believes Rapport will provide you with the opportunity to unleash your potential while creating a positive and lasting impact on your personal and business life.
Developing Leaders That Soar
Fired from a newspaper because he lacked imagination and had no original ideas, Walt Disney went on to create what has become one of the world's most successful empires. After failing in business twice, suffering a nervous breakdown, and being defeated in eight elections, Abraham Lincoln stands as one the greatest leaders in history. Dismissed from drama school with a note that read, "wasting her time; she is too shy to put her best foot forward," Lucille Ball later became a world-renowned legend and icon.
What do these leaders have in common? They were determined to achieve success by pushing beyond their limits and were always moving in a forward direction. At Rapport, courses are designed to inspire you to greatness by taking you out of your comfort zone and allowing you to push beyond your limits. Rapport's series of courses allows you to unleash your potential, drive performance, strengthen communication, achieve goals, inspire collaboration, and create a dynamic business culture.
Why Rapport's Training Works
Creating individual behavioral change, especially sustainable change, is the most difficult ambition of nearly all training programs. Rapport has created a series of courses that implements proven practices for true performance change. The processes (exercises) in each course and their delivery are the catalysts for changing behavior, productivity, and performance.
Results Start With You
Rapport's philosophy is that when you improve the person, the performance improves. When you improve the performance, the business improves, the family improves, the community improves.
For your organization to change, individuals must change. For your business to grow, each individual must learn, grow, and change. In business, Rapport is the culture change agent - impacting every employee, executive, and team. Every organization will overflow with leadership, passion, enthusiasm, inspiration, and integrity.
What You Will LearnRapport's courses gives everyone in an organization a common language and a common set of behaviors, experiences, attitudes and beliefs about what is important to people personally and to the organization. Seven core courses are offered, each one building on the next, in which you will learn a comprehensive set of leadership competencies including Teamwork & Support, Focus & Taking Action, Flexibility & Creativity, Playing Big, Courage & Overcoming Limits.

What Makes Rapport Different
Rapport's programs are performance-based, meaning that through interactive processes, people get to practice the behavior that result in sustainable change, and ultimately growth, in an organization. An organization's most important asset lies in its people, and further, they are the organization. An organization full of people who truly care about the organization and the people they work with - passionate and enthusiastic people - become critical to an organization's success.
What To ExpectRapport courses have been described as "tough." They are tough because when you are working on leadership skills, these are personal skills which means what you are really working on is the person in relation to what's needed to be more effective.
