Your Leadership Training Advisor (LTA)
Your Leadership Training Advisor (LTA) is an invaluable resource for everything related to Rapport. Chances are, whatever your question, they'v heard it before and will assist you, or put you in contact with someone who will.
Each LTA is a member of an LTA Team, with its own set of core values, working cohesively to help you achieve individual and organizational success. They partner with you to develop a rollout plan after the training and will hold you accountable for the goals you set. Their focus is on ensuring you learn, grow, and change as a leader in your personal and professional life.
After your Rapport training experience, be sure you receive a comprehensive debrief with an LTA to help you understand and anchor in the training.
