Leadership growth is personal growth. Our training teaches leadership behaviors by providing a series of processes that allows each participant to experience and practice leadership competencies such as teamwork, enthusiasm, focus, accountability and taking action. The most successful companies are the ones that execute at the highest level - at every level - in an organization. Execution is the competitive advantage when products and pricing are identical. Leaders often say their people are "not committed," or "not motivated," yet they themselves do not know how to change their behavior. We do.
When an employee's performance improves, it immediately and positively impacts the business. Our clients receive tremendous results from our training. They learn leadership skills and behaviors that they implement immediately upon graduation. All Rapport Leadership International classes are experiential, meaning students participate actively throughout the course; there is very little lecture time. We do this for one reason - it works.
