Our Leadership Performance Coaching program offers a powerful resource to permanently anchor behavioral shifts into each individual’s business and personal life. Our highly trained Coaching Team works with clients by inspiring positive action and encouraging a passionate pursuit of excellence.

In partnering with a Rapport Leadership Performance Coach, individuals and organizations have the opportunity to work with someone like a trainer at their side. Our coaches help push people out of their comfort zone to deepen learning, hold clients accountable to use skills gained in Rapport training, give objective feedback, listen and brainstorm while introducing new ways of thinking.

Rapport Leadership Performance Coaching address five key areas that assist Rapport clients in reaching their highest level of leadership performance: helping graduates apply the training, holding them accountable for their actions and commitments, assisting in deepening the learning, creating new breakthroughs and helping graduates in establishing the next steps in their journey to leadership mastery.

We offer two coaching options to best meet the needs of you and your organization:

You and your coach will meet over the phone for a 2-hour discovery session and 8 coaching sessions occurring over fourth months. Throughout the coaching process, you set the agenda and our Leadership Performance Coaches work with you to create the outcomes you desire. We recommend that leaders at every level in an organization take advantage of personally working with a Rapport Leadership Performance Coach.

Rapport offers Team Coaching for groups sized between 4 and 6 participants at a cost of $9,900. The cost for groups sized between 7 and 13 participants is $12,000. Teams meet with their coach twice per month for 90-minute calls for an average of six months. We recommend this coaching option for any team that wants to be more effective in anything they undertake. Whether you are working on aligning your organization, putting together a new task force or beginning a major change initiative, Rapport Team Coaching will bring each participant to a new leadership level while unifying the team and creating a roadmap for all future team success.
