Dear Michael,
When good things happen, we want to share the results. When really good things happen we want to scream the results.
As a direct result of the corporate training this past summer in two of our locations, these stores are in position to achieve their best years ever. After the training in Reno during July, they went on to hit their best month ever. The entire staff was fired up and ready to perform. The passion exhibited in the meetings stuck, and became prevalent throughout the organization. The feedback model was especially helpful in getting all departments communicating with each other for a common goal.
In Santa Rosa the results were even more dramatic. After closing for the day of training, they finished the month with their best day, week, and month ever, in both stores. We ended the month with a special sale that would have been strong even without the training. But, because all company employees participated in the training, we were all on the same page. The pre-sale meeting had the air of a Rapport meeting. There was excitement, passion and full participation. There is no way we would have had this level of success if these people had not experienced the corporate training the week prior.
Michael, thank you for your professionalism and for the training you gave these stores. I hope you feel some pride in the fact that you were able to contribute in big ways to the success of these organizations.
