Dear Rapport,

How proud you must be of the company that you have created. Many lives have been enriched and enhanced because of your foresight, passion and hard work. I personally want to add my name to that long list of people, which appreciate and thank you for all that you have done.

Just when I think that I’ve seen the best of what you have to offer, we get another lightning bolt experience. Michael Saletta and Gina Jonas did such an incredibly awesome job with our company meeting on October 25 th. What incredible people they are, their passion, enthusiasm, professionalism, preparation and intent to do the very best that they can showed through again and again and again.

Our company has been struggling since I closed on of our stores and this meeting put us back on track. With one less store, we outperformed last year’s numbers for Moonlight Madness (one of our biggest weekends) by a rather substantial margin. Last year we wrote $332,000 with three stores, and this year we wrote $437,000 with two.

Because of October 25 th, we were able to implement a feedback contest with some absolutely incredible results. For the first time ever in my career, everyone in the company where I work is on the same page. It is magic!

From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you and congratulate you in putting together such a fine organization. I have never had such a pleasurable experience dealing with anyone.

I would like to commend Joey Eubanks on the excellent job he has done in making each and every person that has been referred feel important. His level of service is superb.
