Dear Rapport,

La-Z-Boy Inc. is a Fortune 500 company. The La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries are independently owned retail stores employing thousands across the nation. Steve Matlock Sales is the manufacturer’s representative in Arizona and Nevada – a team of six, including two owners, forming the cog between two huge wheels.

Steve Hueftle, the owner of the La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries in Las Vegas introduced us to Rapport just over a year ago. What a difference a year makes! We wanted to offer something new and different to our retailers at our annual meeting and Rapport’s customized corporate training fit the bill perfectly.

Las week, Michael, Gina and Karyn dazzled the owners and managers of our La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries as well as all six of us from Steve Matlock Sales. There was a fair amount of apprehension in our office just prior to these meetings because we didn’t know what exactly what Michael had planned for us. For the first time in fourteen years, we were not in control of the annual meeting! Even though we are Rapport grads, we forgot “in due time” and “trust the process”. How foolish of us!

Once again, Rapport exceeded our expectations! The preparation prior to the meetings was professional and thorough. The presentations were motivating and exciting. Your trainers are absolutely awesome! All participants left energized with new information, techniques and possibilities. We are looking forward to the follow-up from Michael. The ball is in our court now, and our team is ready to go!
