This intense, hands-on course is challenging for the purpose of creating significant leadership growth. Through a series of interactive processes, each participant builds on his/her strengths and eliminates barriers to personal effectiveness. Every student practices and performs leadership competencies such as: teamwork, enthusiasm, focus, accountability and taking action. The take-away is unique for each participant as the leadership opportunity is different for every person. Feedback is provided throughout the class allowing individuals to identify core values, sharpen speaking skills, build confidence, and enhance motivation.
