| We went into our strategic planning sessions
fully prepared with
the attitude and skills we had acquired as master grads. We
came with a checklist to cover literally hundreds of issues
about our vision of the future, our organizational structure,
and all the details we had vague ideas about how to implement.
Masterfully, you took this mess of ideas and guided us through
organizing our thoughts, our plans, and prioritizing them in
a manner that makes them all become achievable. Beyond the
strategic planning, which was our primary purpose of coming
together, you worked
something short of a miracle in using the planning process
to facilitate and solidify our working relationships as a committed
team. This was such an unexpected bonus. We were sure that,
as master grads, we had all of our group dynamics figured out.
Boy, were we wrong on this account. You showed us the error
of our ways, and gave us new tools and processes to apply as
a group. We learned to work together in a manner we had never
imagined to be possible. We could not have
done this without
your facilitation and guidance, we simply didn't know it was
a possibility.
Thank you. You have guided our team to a whole new level
of successful interaction, and we got our strategic planning
done, too. No stone was left unturned.
