as our leadership trainers
for our Annual Training Conference. The Kansas City Battalion
had just undergone a complete turnover in CLT leadership and
many new station commanders came aboard all at the same time,
for this reason we requested training in Leadership instead
of Sales for our ATC. Michael Saletta and Gina Jonas both came
to the Battalion area several days early in order to spend some
personal time in a couple of recruiting stations. This allowed
them to tailor their presentation to specific areas and concerns
they recognized as well as areas mentioned by the recruiters. |
