This Leadership Breakthrough One course is tailored to young adults ages 18-22, and helps sharpen the skills needed to transition into adulthood. This intense, hands-on course is challenging for the purpose of creating significant leadership growth. Each participant will develop a mission statement and action plan to set them up for success as a professional. Participants learn to take ownership of their actions and focus on creating opportunities, setting goals and outlining a strategy for themselves.

Without exception, each individual will advance his/her teamwork, enthusiasm, focus and accountability skills. Participants will examine and understand their strengths, and learn how to challenge the thoughts that hold them back. Whether in management, beginning a career, or attending college, the skills developed in this course will focus participants on future success.
