Rapport Training did a very good job with our organization's Communications training. It provided communication strategies that can be implemented right away when trying to send and receive effective communication. I was looking for something to take me to the next level, to supplement my leadership abilities. I gained the self-confidence to just do things I didn’t know how, with the faith that I would just figure it out with my team. It allowed me the vision to see things differently and it really opened me up. I was actively searching for courses that would have a meaningful impact on my ability to lead within our organization. Like many, I had attended multiple leadership courses. Our organization has now been sending our team to Rapport training for the past 15 years. We require our high performers and management team to attend Rapport training and Rapport has become our primary leadership training tool. Additionally, we now have several master grads and have had the Rapport team provide custom training for our team. We have found all of the training provided by Rapport to be outstanding. Why go from LB1 to LB2? After attending Leadership Breakthrough One, the collective thought of our management team was “what else could Rapport do for me”.. a thought which could not have been further from the truth. LB2 focused on the team and team dynamics, and different processes which create new approaches and styles of communication. Again, an extremely impactful experience – one beyond imagination.

This experience was a terrific way to re-evaluate my life and how to change it to be more fulfilling. Change is very hard, and the total immersion has given me excellent tool and motivation to stay true to the promises I made to myself.

My experience during Rapport's Leadership training was truly life-changing. The training opened the door for me to honestly look inside myself, my strengths and my opportunities. This is much more than business-related development, this is development of me as a person, which will benefit me as a leader in my home, as a leader at work and how I conduct my life.

Totally unexpected. I have never been a part of such a tough process and then yet at the end, such a rewarding process. And, now that I have completed the training I understand that is the only way to get results. A positive, life changing experience I would highly recommend. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner.
