Leadership Breakthrough One
Leadership Breakthrough One will help you build the personal and team relationships you've always wanted, starting with the most important relationship of all... the relationship with yourself.
During this 2.5-day immersive experience, you'll have the opportunity to step outside of your comfort zone, push past your perceived limitations, and break through the blocks currently holding you back from being the leader you want to be. Our students’ well-being is our priority, so we are now offering two equally impactful learning options.
You can attend your Leadership Breakthrough One course in the city of your choice (see SCHEDULE for locations). You'll be surrounded by leaders from around the world who will become family as you empower one another to become the best you can be. Our on-site courses are PPE-friendly to ensure that you stay healthy and safe.
If you prefer to learn from the comfort and safety of your own home, we now offer live virtual training for this course. Learn, grow, and feel the energy of fellow students as you interact in an online, immersive experience.
Through experiential processes and debriefing, journaling, and self-reflection, our Master Trainers will guide you to examine who you are and how you perform in your life. You'll learn what it truly means to be a part of a team, how to better communicate with the people around you, how to give and accept feedback, lead innovation, and how to harness the passion and enthusiasm necessary to live your life fully and in accordance with your mission. With either course, you’ll become a better, stronger, and more influential leader.
WE DEVELOP LEADERS AT ALL LEVELS
Rapport has worked with more than 250,000 participants since 1986. Our Master Trainers have built and led businesses, managed teams, created families, and strengthened themselves as individuals. Now, they bring this insight and experience to you. You'll be encouraged, motivated, and supported along your journey... no matter where you're starting.
Rapport isn't just another "corporate retreat." Your business card doesn't have to say "Manager" or "Executive" for you to be a leader. Leadership is not a job description; it's a state of mind. It's a positive, forward-thinking attitude that can light a fire in anyone you come in contact with. Leaders appear as:
- Managers and CEOs
- Team Members
- Non-profit executives and employees
