Leadership Breakthrough One
Leadership Breakthrough One will help you build the personal and team relationships you've always wanted, starting with the most important relationship of all... the relationship with yourself.
During this 2.5-day immersive experience, you'll have the opportunity to step outside your comfort zone, push past your perceived limitations, and break through the blocks currently holding you back from living the life you want.
The majority of Leadership Breakthrough One classes are held at the JFDI Retreat in Alamo, NV. You'll be transported from our office in Las Vegas to the retreat where you'll have a comfortable room and amazing food throughout your program. You'll be surrounded by leaders from around the country and the world who will become family as you push one another to become the best you can be.
Through experiential processes and debriefing, journaling, and self-reflection, our Master Trainers will guide you to examine who you are and how you perform in your life. You'll learn what it truly means to be a part of a team, how to better communicate with the people around you, how to give and accept feedback, lead innovation, and how to harness the passion and enthusiasm necessary to live your life fully and in accordance with your mission. You'll return to your daily life refreshed, recharged, and confident as a leader.
We've Developed Leaders At All Levels
Rapport has worked with more than 250,000 participants since 1986. Our Master Trainers have built and led businesses, managed teams, created families, and strengthened themselves as individuals. Now, they bring this insight and experience to you. You'll be encouraged, motivated, and supported along your journey... no matter where you're starting.
Rapport isn't just another "corporate retreat." Your business card doesn't have to say "Manager" or "Executive" for you to be a leader. Leadership is not a job description; it's a state of mind. It's a positive, forward-thinking attitude that can light a fire in anyone you come in contact with. Leaders appear as:
- Managers and CEOs
- Team Members
- Non-profit executives and employees
